YXT coordinates sheet metal fabrication for custom brackets, enclosures, covers and formed components through a managed manufacturing network. The project review covers laser cutting, bending, welding, assembly and finishing as required by your drawings.
For a quote, send a STEP model and PDF drawing, the material grade and thickness, quantity, bend details, finish and target schedule. Include a DXF flat pattern if available. Identify critical holes, mating features and cosmetic surfaces so their requirements can be reviewed before production.
Cutting limits, bend feasibility, tolerances and lead time depend on the specific part and are confirmed in the quotation. Parts with milled features can also be reviewed with our CNC milling service.
