About YXT CNC
We support global engineering and procurement teams with drawing-driven CNC machining, inspection and managed manufacturing from prototype review through repeat production.
Every quotation is reviewed against the material, geometry, critical features, quantity and documentation needs in your project package.

Dongguan-Based Support
A manufacturing partner built around the drawing
YXT CNC is based in Dalang Town, Dongguan. We help product teams translate engineering files into a practical manufacturing route that considers material behavior, datum strategy, tool access, surface requirements and inspection needs.
Our work combines in-house precision machining with managed specialist processes when a project requires wire EDM, grinding, heat treatment or surface finishing. The final route is confirmed after drawing review, so scope and acceptance criteria stay clear.
Start with the drawing and the part function.
Make manufacturing assumptions visible before production.
Plan inspection around the features that carry the most risk.
Capabilities connected by one project review
Use one conversation to review machining, fabrication, precision processes and finishing needs. Each quoted route identifies the included scope and any managed specialist process.

Precision CNC Machining
Milling and turning support for aluminum, steel, stainless steel, copper alloys and engineering plastics, with process planning based on the actual drawing package.
Explore capabilitySheet Metal Fabrication
Laser cutting, bending, welding and fabrication support for enclosures, brackets and formed metal parts.
Wire EDM and Precision Processes
Process support for narrow features, hard materials, profiles and features that need specialist cutting or grinding.
Surface Finishing
Managed anodizing, plating, powder coating, heat treatment and project-specific finishing after machining.
Manufacturing is a chain of decisions
A good result depends on more than the machine cycle. Review, setup, fixturing, process sequencing, inspection and change control all affect whether a part matches its intended function.
Confirm the latest drawing revision and acceptance criteria.
Identify difficult features, finishes and process dependencies.
Keep questions and manufacturing assumptions tied to the project.

Quality planning begins before the first cut
Inspection is most useful when it is connected to the part function, process risks and the records the customer actually needs.
Review critical features
Datums, fits, threads, cosmetic faces and drawing notes are identified before the route is released.
Plan the inspection
Measurement methods and documentation scope are matched to risk and quotation requirements.
Control changes
Questions and approved changes are tied back to the current project information.
Protect the result
Deburring, cleaning, handling and packing are considered before delivery.
From files to delivery without losing the engineering context
Each stage keeps the project assumptions, revision and acceptance requirements connected to the part being made.
Files and requirements
Send the 2D drawing, 3D model, material requirement, quantity, finish and any inspection or documentation needs.
DFM and quotation
We review manufacturability, surface requirements and assumptions that affect the proposed route and price.
Process planning
The team defines setup strategy, tools, workholding, operation sequence and inspection points.
Machining and inspection
Parts move through the approved route with checks focused on critical dimensions and appearance requirements.
Packing and delivery
Finished parts are cleaned, protected, packed and released with the agreed project documentation.
Practical principles for long-term manufacturing support
These principles guide how YXT reviews new work, communicates risks and supports repeat orders.
Clear assumptions
Manufacturing assumptions are surfaced during review instead of being hidden inside the process.
Controlled changes
Revision and project questions stay connected so approved changes can be followed.
Inspection around risk
Measurement effort is focused on the features that matter to assembly, function and appearance.
Responsive communication
The goal is a practical answer that helps engineering and purchasing teams move the project forward.

Based in Dalang, connected to global project teams
Share your project package in English and the YXT team will review the manufacturing route, open questions and quotation requirements before production is confirmed.
Common questions before a project review
Final capability, tolerances, process route and documentation scope are confirmed against the actual drawing package.
What files should I send for a quotation?
Send the 2D drawing and 3D CAD model when available, together with material, quantity, finish, critical features and any inspection or documentation requirements.
Can YXT support prototypes and repeat production?
Yes. YXT reviews prototype, low-volume and repeat-production work. The suitable route, lead time and process controls depend on geometry, material, quantity and the actual project requirements.
What inspection documentation is available?
Inspection scope can be evaluated from the drawing and customer requirements. First article, dimensional records and other requested documentation should be identified before quotation so the correct scope is included.
Can machining and surface finishing be managed together?
Yes. YXT can quote machining with managed anodizing, plating, powder coating, heat treatment or other project-specific finishing when the required specification is clear.
Can you review a project under an NDA?
Confidentiality requirements can be discussed before detailed files are shared. Send the requested NDA or contact the team to confirm the review process.
Where is YXT CNC located?
YXT CNC is based in Dalang Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, China and supports international engineering and procurement teams in English.
